## Why it is the first saunatainment in the world
No venue had combined authentic sauna, heat and cold (Himalayan salt sauna, herbal steam, ice baths, cold buckets) with immersive teamLab-style digital-art rooms, an infinity Hall of Mirrors, and a gamified member experience (a live leaderboard and a selfie wall). Wellmax created the category and coined the word "saunatainment."

## The Game
Members sign up on their own phone — username, email, phone, password and a position — and receive a permanent five-digit member code. Staff read that code at the counter and check the member in; the member then confirms on their own phone that they are in the building, and only after that do points, voting and the venue screen switch on. Each member has one vote per visit and may only vote for someone whose visit overlapped theirs; a vote is final once cast. Points: two per visit Monday to Thursday, one per visit Friday to Sunday, and one for every vote received. Fifteen points is redeemable for one free entry. Positions are Top, Bottom and Vers. Lifetime tiers are Bronze, Silver at 25, Gold at 100, Platinum at 250 and Diamond at 600, and never drop once reached. Rankings are monthly and yearly. Members can also see who is currently checked in from anywhere. The app is at game.wellmaxbkk.com in Thai, English and Simplified Chinese.
